Advanced analysis of backsheet failures from 26 power plants

چکیده
Backsheet degradation is a known reliability issue affecting field-exposed photovoltaic (PV) modules power plants. In this work, we present lessons learned during the last three years, examining from 26 plants in TestLab PV Modules at Fraunhofer ISE. The basis description of currently observed backsheets and associated features as for example backsheet chalking, cracks different layers chemical changes composition. Furthermore, lay out analytical methods initial more detailed analysis failures module materials.
